The anti-viral medication is not licensed for use in children under 1 year of age.
Due to medical confidentiality and legal reasons, each person over 16 needs to complete
their own application and questionnaire.
All children under 16 must have their application and questionnaire completed by
their parent/legal guardian.
Medication should only be taken in the event
of a Pandemic. You will receive written instructions and a letter for
your GP from our Senior Medical Officer with your medication.
