This process is developed from an initial questionnaire, completed by your suppliers and then benchmarked against our own audit matrix. All potential weaknesses in your supply chain will be identified within a written report together with qualified recommendations. We can then extend our support to your suppliers by offering to assist in developing and strengthening their continuity plans.
