How it works
Our service is available to our pharmacy partners by simply integrating a 'call to action' patch on your website - this will take your customers through to your bespoke landing page, from where they can apply for condition specific medication.
If you don't have a website, we can arrange for a bespoke page to be created and hosted.
Your customer's journey:
- Complete online medical questionnaire
- Questionnaire submitted to MPS medical team
- Once application approved, e-mail notification sent to customer
- Signed electronic prescription sent to pharmacist
- Pharmacist redeems prescription
- Customer collects medication from local pharmacy (or medication is sent to customer if they opted for home or postal delivery service)
